Our battery inspection gives you a clear picture of your battery’s real condition before any repair or protection decisions are made. The inspection includes fault code diagnostics, voltage and capacity analysis, moisture detection without opening the battery, insulation resistance testing, charging history review, underside inspection, leak testing and a comprehensive inspection report.

The inspection takes approximately two hours. A replacement vehicle is available during the inspection if needed.

Our preventive maintenance service helps extend the lifespan of your high-voltage battery and reduce the risk of costly failures. It includes full diagnostics of fault codes, voltage and capacity, cleaning of critical components, replacement of ventilation elements, moisture analysis without opening the battery, inspection of key components such as the connector panel and high-voltage seals, leak testing and necessary replacements using original parts — all documented in a comprehensive report without affecting the manufacturer warranty.

The maintenance process typically takes two days, allowing sufficient time for thorough inspection and drying if moisture is detected. A replacement vehicle is available during the process if needed.

Battery Refurbishment

Our battery refurbishment service restores your high-voltage battery by repairing existing faults, renewing critical components and helping prevent future issues. In many cases, your vehicle can be back on the road within 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope of the refurbishment.

The service includes fault diagnostics, module inspection and repair, replacement of essential components and fluids, corrosion treatment and leak testing, along with a quick inspection of the rear motor for potential fluid leaks. All work is documented in a comprehensive repair report and backed by a 1-year / 30,000 km warranty.

Additional work such as contactor replacement, module replacement or structural battery repairs can be carried out as agreed. Transportation to our workshop is available if needed.

Our battery replacement service is the fastest way to restore your vehicle, with replacement possible even within the same day. Your faulty battery is replaced with a professionally refurbished unit, restored and tested by Akkuauto.

Unlike repairs, the replacement includes full battery coverage, providing complete peace of mind. Each replacement is delivered with a comprehensive report and a warranty of 1 year / 30,000 km, 2 years / 60,000 km or up to 3 years / 90,000 km.

Your original battery is retained by Akkuauto as part of the exchange process.
